5.header crimped reinforcement:

The header plate of radiators with big engine of American Series adopt reinforcement materials and header crimped reinforcement structure to ensure the crimping strength.

6.Stress-relief slot design:

On the side plate of Crossflow Radiator structure,The stress-relief slot structure is adopted to improve the torsional vibration resistance of the product, effectively reduce the load impact during vehicle operation, and extend the reliability and service life of the product.
